Its Entrepreneur program is actually under its Self-Employed stream and requires applicants to apply for a business license for the region in which they want to relocate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/globalresidenceindex.com\/france-passport-talent-investor\/\">Learn also about the French Residence Investment programs<\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Professional card for non-EU nationals \u2013 Independent Activity<\/h2>\n<p>If you are self-employed, you must go to an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/werk-economie-emploi.brussels\/guichets-d-entreprises-agrees\">enterprise counter<\/a>\u00a0once you have received your professional card, in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obtain your enterprise number; and<\/li>\n<li>register with the Enterprise Crossroads Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to your business activity, you must also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>register for VAT;<\/li>\n<li>register with a social insurance fund for self-employed workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are\u00a0<strong>responsible for the daily management<\/strong>\u00a0of a company as an agent, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>register your professional card with the Enterprise Crossroads Bank via an enterprise counter; and<\/li>\n<li>register with a social insurance fund for self-employed workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are an executive director or a partner, you are only required to register with a social insurance fund.<\/p>\n<p>To set up a business in Belgium, you must register your company statutes with the registry of the commercial court of the location where the headquarters of your company are established.
